A Philadelphia bartender was forced at gunpoint into a black SUV on his way home from work on March 31 and has not been heard from since, police said.
An anonymous donor has offered a $10,000 reward through the Delaware Valley Citizens Crime Commission for information leading to the whereabouts of 48-year-old Wey Um, a spokesperson for the nonprofit told Fox News Digital.
“There is no sign of him,” Philadelphia Deputy Commissioner Frank Vanore said after his kidnapping, according to FOX29. “There are no calls. There is no evidence that he is in a hospital or injured, so we are very concerned for his well-being.”

Um was walking home from a shift at the Oxford Tavern around 2 a.m. when a black SUV pulled up next to him on Godfrey Avenue in northwest Philadelphia.

Officials have released stills of surveillance video of the SUV, which they believe is a newer model Ford Explorer.

“Is this a robbery or is this something else, we just don’t have it,” Vanore said. “Obviously they were looking for him. They stopped and took him right away. But we don’t know the motive yet.”
