The suspect charged with injuring a Philadelphia police officer at a visitors cease and dashing has turned himself in to authorities.

Eddy Brito-Almonte, 20, is accused of dragging a police officer along with his automobile throughout an investigation into his silver Tesla sedan on Monday.
