Round 5 a.m. on Nov. 9, Philadelphia Police stated a 51-year-old man was assaulted and robbed by a gaggle on the fifteenth and Market Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) platform.
The sufferer advised officers he was robbed of money and his cellphone on a westbound Market-Frankford Line prepare. The suspects then assaulted him in a stairwell on the station.
