MOSCOW — The explosions that destroyed the Nord Stream fuel pipeline connecting Russia and Europe couldn’t have been carried out with out the help of a authorities, Russian President Vladimir Putin mentioned Wednesday.

Putin mentioned Moscow’s requests to take part within the investigation into the incident, which happened in September 2022, have been ignored. Russia has beforehand blamed the USA and Britain for the explosions. They’ve denied involvement. REUTERS
