representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) is burned because of a tweet she sent Wednesday about wildfires blanketing New York City.

The far-right legislator shared a video of the George Washington Bridge connecting New York City and New Jersey in a shroud of orange fabric.

“New York has the worst air quality in history because of Climate Cult Canada wildfires,” she wrote.

Indeed, the air quality index has that reached unhealthy levels in the city and elsewhere in recent days. A low-pressure weather system pushed smoke from wildfires raging in Quebec and Nova Scotia across parts of the United States.

But Twitter users were a little hazy about the point she was trying to make – and where she was trying to lay the blame.

As international aid poured into Canada to deal with the emergency, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said he and President Joe Biden “working together to tackle the devastating impacts of climate change.”

Did that put Greene on her “cult” hunt?
