Fernando André Sabag Montiel and Brenda Uliarte, the two accused of the attempted murder of the Vice President, were sentenced to one year in prison suspended as co-perpetrators of the crimes of illegal possession of a foreign National Identity Document (DNI) that was found during the raids that were carried out within the framework of the investigation into the attack on Cristina Kirchner.
This was decided by the judge of the Federal Oral Court (TOF) of San Martín, Hector Sagretti, in the trial held today at the headquarters of that court, to which both defendants were transferred in the midst of a strong security operation.
