Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, has prompt that if Democrats sweep the 2024 elections, they are going to management the nation for a century.
He predicted that if Democrats win each chambers of Congress and the White Home, they are going to get rid of the filibuster within the Senate, add justices to the U.S. Supreme Court docket, grant Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico statehood, and set up federal management over elections, redistricting, and campaigns.
“Day 1: Nuke the filibuster,” Lee wrote on X. “Day 2: Pack SCOTUS. Day 3: Make DC & PR states. Day 4: Enact federal takeover of elections/redistricting/campaigns. Days 5 – 36,500: Rule America uncontested for 100 years.”

Lee, who has been serving within the Senate since 2011, endorsed former President Donald Trump in January previous to the Iowa GOP presidential caucus, which Trump decisively received.
The senator has been lively on X, regularly responding to 2024 Democratic presidential nominee Vice President Kamala Harris.
“Within the international wrestle between tyranny and democracy, the President of the USA should all the time be on the aspect of freedom,” Harris tweeted.
“Precisely,” Lee responded. “That is why most of us are voting for Trump.”

Lee provided a blunt response to a publish through which Harris known as Trump “weak.”
“Your insurance policies suck,” Lee fired again, including, “And make People poorer & much less free.”
And whereas many on social media have been discussing the loss of life of Peanut, a pet squirrel that was seized and euthanized in New York, Lee prompt swapping the GOP’s elephant mascot for a Peanut the squirrel mascot.

“The elephant is cool, however elephants do not stay in America,” he wrote, including, “Squirrels do! Let’s immortalize Peanut the Squirrel,” Lee prompt. “Let’s make him the official mascot of the GOP.”
