A South Carolina man was arrested and charged after sending threatening emails to a choose, officers mentioned.
David Matthew Zwicker, 36, despatched 9 separate emails to the choose between Dec. 30 and Jan. 19 for no reputable function apart from to trigger somebody “to undergo psychological or emotional misery,” based on an affidavit.

Zwicker was charged with threatening the life, individual or household of a public official, intimidation of judicial officers, harassment within the second diploma and illegal communication, the South Carolina Legislation Enforcement Division introduced Friday.
He was booked into the Spartanburg Detention Heart.
