Dozens and dozens of neighborhoods will be affected by the rationing programmed by the National Electric Power Company (Enee) in the city of San Pedro Sula, some in the afternoon and others at night.
According to Enee, the blackouts will last an average of three hours, although the authorities of the state company do not reveal in any case at what time exactly the blackouts will occur.
