Police in Allen, Texas, have released chilling audio of 911 calls from people begging for help when a gunman opened fire on innocent shoppers at an outlet mall.
The footage, obtained by Fox News Digital through an archive request, paints a chaotic picture as dispatchers tried to assess each situation.
In a gruesome conversation, a girl can be heard telling the dispatcher that her mother has just been shot.
“I want you to try and find her bleeding and control it and stop it and get her to safety,” the dispatcher tells her, assuring her that help is on the way.

Another man can be heard, sobbing, telling the dispatcher that his wife and child were shot and his child was not breathing.
“Do you have a clean, dry cloth, a towel, a shirt – something you can put on there – to control breathing?” asks the coordinator.
“Where’s the ambulance?” shouts the man. “I’ve been waiting 20 damn minutes, my wife is dying!”
Another woman calls a dispatcher to report that someone has been shot in the stomach at H&M.
“Can you please press something on him to stop the bleeding?” asks the dispatcher before moving on to the next 911 call.
