A 23-year-old girl died of “heart failure” in La Plata. According to the autopsy, she had no signs of violence.

According to the Forensic Corps report, María Rosario Rodríguez, born on January 13, 2000, died of “heart failure” and her body had no signs of violence.
“From the autopsy carried out, it could be determined that the body does not have any type of violence and that the death occurred as a result of heart failure,” the examination indicated.
Now, they are waiting for the results of the “toxicological analysis”, which will surely provide another class of data that certifies what really happened during a long weekend in apartment B on the first floor, on 24th street, between 44 and 45 , from the La Loma neighborhood.

Several witnesses said that alcohol, marijuana and cocaine were consumed there.
“Everything indicates that he died from substance use, but it is premature to make conjectures. We lack toxicological tests to be able to ensure that,” a source from the investigation told Clarín.
A “long” party
Patrol Command agents and SAME doctors went to the apartment on Tuesday, after a 911 call. A place that was rented over the long weekend through the Airbnb application.
Upon arrival, they found a woman lying on the floor and three men, who reported that a party was held during the night where they consumed alcohol and drugs: marijuana and cocaine, among other drugs.
Later, they testified that they stayed to sleep there, although they did not specify when the young woman was on the floor.

This Wednesday morning, Sabrina, a neighbor of the building, revealed that during the weekend she heard noise from people and music at full volume. In addition, she perceived a strong odor of marijuana coming from the apartment.
“They were taking drugs, with loud music, but there was no clandestine party, as was said, because otherwise the neighbors would have noticed,” the woman said in dialogue with the television channels.
And he added: “The striking thing was the strong smell of marijuana that there was for a few days. But there were no screams or a request for help, or anything similar. If something like this had happened, I would have reported it to the Police,” he clarified.
The men who were found with the victim in the apartment are Pedro Antonio Berutti (31), residing in La Plata; Leandro Sebastián Zuñiga, (24), domiciled in Berisso; Mateo Chávez Castaño (30), a Colombian based in City Bell.
The Scientific Police seized the men’s cell phones, a bottle with a plant substance similar to marijuana, cuts of nylon wrappers containing a white powdery substance similar to cocaine and a precision scale.
The case was taken by the UFI 5 of La Plata in charge of the prosecutor Juan Menucci, and was labeled as “investigation of causes of death.”
