A dam burst in the Russian-controlled Nova Kakhovka area of southern Ukraine has led to thousands of people being evacuated and rescued.
The affected areas stretch from Nova Kakhovka to near the bank of the Kosheva River, where the BBC’s James Waterhouse shows us the magnitude of the impact.
Ukraine has declared a state of emergency and Russian media report that several people are missing. Both countries blame each other for the split.
