The Rookie shall be again for an additional go-round. Forward of the Season 6 finale, ABC has renewed the Nathan Fillion drama, produced by Lionsgate Tv, for a seventh season.
The renewal comes amid robust scores for Season 6. The Alexi Hawley-created crime drama kicked off its sixth season with its most-watched episode in almost six years, with 11.92 million Whole Viewers throughout platforms after 35 days of viewing. That’s up 14% from its season 5 common and marks the present’s strongest MP35 quantity since Oct. 23, 2018, in response to the community and Nielsen.
In adults 18-49, the collection premiere notched a 2.90 ranking — up 27% from its earlier season MP +35 common (2.29 ranking). That is the strongest MP +35 ranking for the favored drama since its first season (2.91 ranking) on Nov. 13, 2018. On linear, the collection had its greatest L+35 efficiency in Whole Viewers (7.23 million) since March 28, 2023 (7.26 million).
