The hospital nurse is removed as the president of the disabled association, deceives the citizen and takes 500,000 lek to connect the camp. But still after two years nothing has been done.
Mrs. Fiks Fare complained. Zyke Maksuti from Shkodra, who for two years had given a lady named Rexhina the sum of 500 thousand lek to take her to the camp. Zykja was introduced to the scammer by an acquaintance, and Rezhina was introduced to her as the president of the Shkodër Disabled Association. She had knee surgery in Italy with a prosthetic fitting and thought she might be a beneficiary of the camp.
But after a year that Rexhina took the money and did nothing, Zykja asks her to return the money. At that time, Regina had replied that she would return the money since she had not finished the work, but today, more than two years have passed, the money has not yet been returned. Zykja turned to Fiksi after discovering that Rexhina was not the president of the association she claimed to be, but a nurse at the pediatric hospital in Shkodra. The complainant also made available to her the communication that the lady had by SMS with the fraudster, who postponed the meeting by finding various pretexts.
An associate of Fiksi, together with the complainant, went to look for Regina in the hospital, but did not find her. Fix’s co-worker, who pretends to be the complainant’s nephew, takes her on the phone. The sanitary worker replies that she is not at work and knows what he is calling her for, but she tells him that she will do the work and that she has had many problems. Without letting him speak at all, she hangs up on Fiks’s co-worker without explaining or making a concrete meeting.
Under these conditions, Zykja turns to the deputy director of the hospital to whom he explains the situation. He tells her that this action on the part of the sanitation worker is a criminal offense and that the hospital does not interfere with this situation, but that he advises the citizen to report her to the prosecutor’s office for fraud. The deputy director calls the sanitary citizen and asks her to come to the hospital, but the latter tells her that she is outside of Shkodra and hangs up.
Then Fiksi calls the nurse Rexhina, asking her for a meeting to hear her version of the event, but the latter does not come to the meeting. In the phone conversation, she tells the journalist that she took the money and that she will return it within two weeks. To the journalist’s question about why she took the money, she says that she believed that she would get the camp out, but she couldn’t, so she will return the money. But even though Fiksi insists on understanding how and with whose help the doctor would extract the epicrisis, she denies everything only saying that she will return the money to the lady. Rexhina ignores the question of why she hasn’t returned until now. “For two weeks I will do the work with the money and I will return it,” she says.
