An explosion hit a two-story apartment near the central Ukrainian city of Dnipro, injuring at least 13 people.
The regional governor, Serhiy Lysak, said that one person was pulled out by emergency services, however others may have been trapped under the rubble.
Writing on the Telegram app, Lysak said three children were among the injured.
Reports on social media said a Russian missile caused the explosion.
There was no confirmation from Ukrainian military officials.
