The Guatemalan police reported on Friday night about the arrest of a Honduran woman during an operation at kilometer 264.7 of Lívingston, Izabal.
Ingrid Aida “N”45 years old and Honduran nationality, was arrested when she was traveling as a passenger in a pulman bus and a cardboard box was found in which there were two sacks with 30 packages of dope.
In addition, it was determined that the woman is in an irregular migratory situation in Guatemala.
The drug seized from the Honduran is valued at about 30,000 quetzales (about 94,774 lempiras).
At the moment, no further details of the arrest were given and the Guatemalan authorities only reported that she will be prosecuted to open an accusation against her from the Prosecutor’s Office.
