The investigation details that the case was registered on August 31, 2019, when the gang kidnapped a 55-year-old woman in zone 15 of the capital.
The kidnappers asked for US$1 million for the release of the victim, who was rescued during an operation by the Anti-Kidnapping Command on September 2 of the same year, in zone 1 of the capital.
