From Ndroqi, in the meeting with the residents there, the SP candidate for Tirana, Erion Veliaj, said that the purpose of the Socialist Party’s campaign is to plant trees, love and not strife and division.
Veliaj underlined that political opponents do not intend to work, but to wage war with America, with artists, with trees.
“This time our campaign was different from the other times, without debates and without fights, we only planted trees because we wanted to show that regardless of people’s beliefs, it is very important to plant trees where others plant fights. To sow unity, where others sow division. To sow love where others sow hate. The taste of love, togetherness and an oxygen-producing tree will taste many times better than the posters, fights and curses we make about each other. We will win convincingly in Kamza, as well as in Kavaja, Rrogozhina and Vora, but what is the other side doing? I’m looking at their campaign, they’ve been at war with America for 1 year, they’ve been at war with trees for 1 month, now they’ve been at war with artists for a week. They have started a war with Noizy and Rita Ora, now after the wedding, there is a danger that they will start a war with Luiz and Kiara, but we don’t have a war anymore. We have love, companionship, kindness, fertility and work for all people”, said Veliaj.
The mayor compared political opponents to ‘Big Brother’ when he said they think about who to kick out of the house.
“Once they expelled Jozefina, then Astri Patoz, then Majlida Bregu, then Enkeljd Alibeaj, then Gaz Bardhi, now they have also expelled Luli. They are like Big Brother, in terms of who they will evict. But we are happy who is entering the house, who is approaching our house, who is adding to our family, who is becoming a socialist, who is joining our campaign, so this is the formula for victory. People win when they come together, people win when they work together, people win when they hug together, people win when they run together and people win when they vote together for the Socialist Party of Albania,” said Veliaj.
He then added: “They’re not sure who they’re going to put on the ballot. If they put Sali, he is non grata for America. For the democrats and those who want their family to move forward, there is a solution, it is called the Socialist Party of Albania”.
