A 19-year-old boy was murdered and another 16-year-old man was seriously injured in a shooting in the República de la Sexta district of the city of Rosario. The violent attack was carried out by two passing men who fired shots from a motorcycle.
The incident occurred this Monday at around 6:30 p.m. over a length of about one hundred meters. The fatal victim was walking with his partner while the other injured man received a blow to the head and was taken to hospital.
According to Rosario 3, in the first attack, which took place in Esmeralda and Pasco, the 19-year-old died from two shots, one in the chest and one in the abdomen, and his death was confirmed at the provincial hospital.
In the second case, closer to Pasco and Chacabuco, the second victim of the attack suffered a gunshot wound to the head and was in a delicate condition at the “Clemente Álvarez” emergency hospital, confirmed the city newspaper La Capital. Santafesina.
In parallel, it was reported that authorities had found capsules placed on a block that witnesses said was “quiet after several incidents.”

Although police are investigating details of the gruesome attack and the identities of the victims have not yet been released, it was the neighbors who shared details with both the media and investigators.
As witnesses told news channels, police were working at the scene where the 16-year-old boy was injured, and from the testimonies they collected, they learned that the same assailants had carried out the first part of the shooting moments earlier.
As a result, the police expanded the area of investigation under the Criminal Investigation Agency (AIC) office.

“There were two who came by on a motorbike and shot about a hundred meters away. The first attack happened in Esmeralda and they say pods are served in Chacabuco,” said a neighbor, adding that from what he heard the 16-year-old had a gunshot wound to his skull.
For her part, a young woman, who could not answer how many shots she had heard, contributed: “The motorcycle came through Pasco and turned into Chacabuco.” Another witness said that there were between six and seven shots.
“The children were walking, the ones on the motorcycle were shooting randomly,” commented a neighbor, who explained: “They walk by and shoot, they don’t care if they kill you.” A man, in turn, claimed to be one of the victims to know who he said “doesn’t mess with anyone.”
