The first of the elements from which the lawsuit promotes this new hypothesis is the discovery in the raids of the department at Calle Libertad 1542, where everything happened, three syringes, but particularly one with remains of a substance.
This was even mentioned in the appeal that the prosecutors of the case presented this Tuesday to reverse the lack of merit that was issued last week to the agricultural businessman Francisco Sáenz Valiente (52).
“Used condoms, three syringes -one with liquid to be determined- were found at the site, as well as sexual elements and objects and men’s and women’s clothing distributed in the different areas of the department,” prosecutors Santiago Vismara and Mariela Labozzetta wrote in their opinion.

For Trimarco, “these new elements aggravate the situation of Sáenz Valiente and, in turn, prove the lack of compliance with the protocol that there was on the part of the police officers who intervened.”
