According to sources, Ocaklı was behind several attacks in Turkey, including the attack on the vehicle carrying guards in Bursa in 2022, and was in the red category on Turkey’s wanted terrorists list.

Since 2000, he served as the so-called leader of FESK, the armed wing of the MLKP.

Ocaklı, who has close organizational relations with the PKK, moved to the Qandil region of Iraq in November 2014 and started to carry out terrorist activities in the Rasulayn region of Syria in 2015.

The terrorist, who is responsible for illegal crossings between Turkey and Syria on behalf of MLKP, has become the “right hand” of Bayram Namaz, code-named Baran, as of April 2018, the former so-called Syrian leader of MLKP. The 3rd man of the organization in Syria.”

After Bayram Namaz was neutralized in 2019, Ocaklı started his activities as the assistant of Zeki Gürbüz, codenamed Ahmet Ağrı, who was appointed as the so-called Syria Officer of MLKP, and continued his activities in Ayn al-Arab last year.
