A Belgian vacationer has been hospitalized in Las Vegas after struggling third-degree burns to his toes whereas mountaineering on sand dunes in Demise Valley, authorities stated.
The 42-year-old man was carrying flip-flops when Nationwide Park Service officers reported that that they had damaged or been misplaced within the sand on the Mesquite Flat Sand Dunes in Demise Valley on Saturday, in line with an announcement launched Tuesday.
