Among the evidence that the Public ministry has in the case of the crime of the young Jennifer Alejandra Galdámez there are videos in which it is observed that her husband Roger Enrique Lanza Gonzalez he came to throw his body to the second ring in the victim’s car.
Police authorities reported that they compiled a sequence of Lanza’s movements captured by private security cameras installed in the area.
According to what was indicated, in the place of the second ring where Roger Enrique supposedly left the body, there are no cameras of the National Emergency System or private ones, of which the defendant verified.
Lanza González, after leaving Jennifer’s body, walked north and upon reaching the entrance of the neighborhood the custard apples began to be captured by cameras installed in that place.
In the sequence of the videos obtained by the Police, it is observed that Lanza González grabs the Las Anonas detour towards the northern boulevard. Police authorities reported that near Social Security he took a taxi and went to his house in the Casa Maya residential area where he lived with his wife.
The videos distort the version that Lanza gave to the authorities the day Jennifer Alejandra was found strangled outside her car in the second ring on November 28, 2021.
The defendant told the DPI agents that his wife left his house in the Casa Maya residential area at around 4:00 am to go to work at the Ramón Villeda Morales airport where she worked with an airline in customer service and that he stayed at home.
The woman’s husband was accused by the Public Ministry at the end of last month for the crime of aggravated femicide and the judicial authorities issued an arrest warrant against him.
On Monday of this week, Roger Enrique Lanza voluntarily appeared before the courts and after the defendant statement hearing was held, he was sent to the El Progreso prison with judicial detention.
The defendant appeared yesterday at the initial hearing and the judge hearing the case issued a formal indictment order with preventive detention.
