The incident occurred in an apartment in the city of San Pedro (Buenos Aires province) that he had rented under a false identity. The robbery for which he was wanted happened on March 24 in Santa Fe, precisely in the town of Arroyo Leyes.

Noticing the presence of the troops in the place, the thief tried to escape and decided to jump from the balcony of the building, located on the third floor. As a result of the desperate action, the man broke his ankles when his body hit the ground and was immediately arrested, although he was first taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

On the night of March 24, before one in the morning, three criminals entered the family home in the area of ​​the Santa Fe coast, between streets 10 and 15 of Arroyo Leyes, through a backyard, the player Droopy Gómez, tied up the woman and also threatened the minor children of the family with firearms.

The criminals stole 300 dollars, 175,000 pesos, jewelry and the family puppy, a two-month-old puppy.

“They handed you over”, “where is the money”, were the cries of the criminals towards Gómez’s wife, according to Aire de Santa Fe.

After leaving the house, the criminals got into the family’s black Jeep Renegade van and fled the scene at top speed. It was found by the police this morning in the city of Santa Fe, which is 11 kilometers from Arroyo Leyes.

The other two suspects had already been arrested for the case, accused of doubly aggravated robbery for being committed with a weapon and for being in a town and in a gang.
