Web and telephone companies are returning to Gaza after a communications blackout that humanitarian teams warned may very well be used as a canopy for struggle crimes.
Paltel Group, which gives communications companies in Gaza, stated on Sunday that landline, cell and web companies have been being regularly restored after being disrupted by “ongoing aggression.”
