According to the Conred report, the evaluation detected that the asphalt layer collapsed due to an undercut approximately 3 meters in diameter and 2 meters deep, which caused the collapse of the drainage pipe near a viewing well.

The Conred mentioned that municipal personnel will visit this September 27, 2023 to carry out the corresponding evaluations and determine the situation. In addition, an evaluation was requested by the Mitigation Directorate staff.
