The woman says that in La Aurora they only gave them food for a while and that they did not clarify anything about what was happening and that generated despair in her, for which she tried to commit suicide.

She recounted that there she provided a telephone number of the person with whom she would supposedly spend the days in Guatemala, but they never answered to confirm it and that is why she was declared inadmissible.
He recognized that Colombian citizens do not need a visa to enter Guatemala, but that sometimes some travelers mention inconsistencies in the interview that migration officials do and that is why they are sent for a second inspection.
I commented that after the Colombian woman was declared inadmissible, the protocol mandates that the airline that brought her to the country is the one that should be in charge of finding her a return flight to her country and giving her the necessary food while that happens.

Rodríguez pointed out that as part of the humanitarian work, psychologists and personnel from the Guatemalan Institute of Migration (IGM) attended the traveler.
