Gerardo Romano worried his Instagram followers this Sunday night when he announced through a publication that he had been hospitalized and for this reason he had to suspend his play, An Ordinary Jew. Now, in dialogue with Clarín, he told news about his health after being discharged.
This Monday morning, the renowned 76-year-old actor spoke about his condition just before leaving the sanatorium and gave details of the treatment he must undergo to return to the stage.
“First they diagnosed me with pneumonia, and now they are letting me go home and stop the hospitalization to see if we avoid the intrahospital virus,” began Romano, who this Sunday regretted having to suspend his performance at the Chacarerean.
And he added, concerned: “I hope it’s nothing more than the flu… Mauro Viale entered the Los Arcos Sanatorium on Thursday and left Saturday with his feet forward, so the brevity of the hospitalization is not an indicator of anything ” .
“I have to take care of myself, do the treatment and I had to suspend the theater on Sunday, which was divine, so I hope this goes back,” he summarized in an audio that he sent via WhatsApp from the room where he was for 24 hours under observation.
