The spokesmen added that, in addition, the prosecutors Oviedo and Monti asked the experts of the Argentine Federal Police (PFA) to also analyze the phones seized in the framework of the case.

In the case, there are two other identified suspects who have a national and international arrest warrant, ordered by the judge of Guarantees 2 of Morón, Ricardo Fraga: Diego Eduardo Correa (25) and Víctor Ricardo Martín Fernández Galarza (34).

Diego Eduardo Correa is 25 years old and is accused of co-authoring the crime against Gabriel Izzo in San Antonio de Padua. They issued an order for his capture at the national and international level.

The crime occurred on Friday, June 9 at 4:20 a.m. in a house on Calle Italia 1077, a few blocks from the center of the San Antonio de Padua station, where Izzo, owner of a sawmill, lived with his wife Petinari, daughter of the owner of a company dedicated to the manufacture of trailers, overturns and semi-trailers in Merlo.

At least two thieves attacked an American-type wooden blind in the house and entered, after which they surprised the couple.

Víctor Ricardo Martín Fernández Galarza, the fourth suspect identified for the Padua crime.

Outside, two other thieves were waiting for them inside a gray Volkswagen Gol Power as a “bell”.

According to the sources, Izzo woke up to noises and grabbed two weapons that he kept in his bedroom – a Bersa .40 caliber pistol and a .38 revolver – and left the room to see what was going on.

In these circumstances, he confronted the thieves, who shot him with firearms and also stabbed him.

The victim also fired, although only with the revolver since the pistol jammed and apparently did not hit anyone.

Izzo died at the scene as a result of five gunshot wounds and also a stab wound that the criminals inflicted on him, while his wife was stabbed and beaten.

Also in the house was the mother of the injured woman, Elsa Otruba de Petinari (83), who was unharmed as she did not leave the room.

Days after the crime, Rodríguez Sierra was arrested, who appears as the owner of the Gol vehicle used in the event, although he declared that he had sold it to Mac Dougall and that he had not made the transfer.

His son and an 18-year-old boy were also arrested, but they were released within hours.

While the car, which was filmed by municipal security cameras, was found precisely in front of the commercial premises belonging to Rodríguez Sierra.

The autopsy report revealed that the businessman received four bullet wounds (the fatal one in the neck) and a ballistic comparison established that Izzo was shot with a .380 caliber pistol seized, along with a 9-millimeter Bersa, in the pizzeria ” Lo de Cata”, located in Gervasio Pavón at 3500 Castelar Sur, at whose door the vehicle in which the assailants were moving was found parked.

That pizzeria, like an adjoining kiosk and other locals in the area, belongs to Rodríguez Sierra.

In that pizzeria, in addition to firearms, the investigations found objects allegedly stolen from Izzo and his wife.
