Cecilia Strzyzowski had six dogs, at least two of them dachshunds, which were her downfall. She defined them as her “children” and she even slept with them. For this reason, the strategy of the complaint will be to request new raids in which these animals participate in strategic places, such as the field and the house of the Sena clan, to see if they find anything relevant.

The request will be presented in the next few hours by the team of lawyers that make up Fernando Burlando, Juan Arregin and Gustavo Briend, as Clarín learned.

They will also require the intervention of dogs specialized in searching for human remains.

On her Instagram profile, Cecilia defined herself as “mom” when talking about her pets. The same is said by her mother, who calls them her “grandchildren”.

“The dogs were with her all the time, especially the oldest one, they slept with her. So they know the smell well and they go looking for her,” Gloria Romero (53) told Clarín.

So far, three pieces of cremated human fingers have been found in a bed of the Tragadero River, as well as a pendant that was recognized by the mother of the 28-year-old girl who was last seen on the morning of June 2 when she was entering a the house of Emerenciano Sena and Marcela Acuña, together with her husband, César Sena.

“I am convinced that they are Cecilia’s bones,” Burlando assured this newspaper.

The findings materialized after the key statement of one of the seven detainees in the file, Gustavo Obregón.

In addition, the complaint will again request searches in the field, in the house and, above all, in the area where they were building a swimming pool.

The suspicion of the investigators is that Cecilia was murdered on June 2 at the Sena house, located at 1460 Santa María de Oro street, and that her remains were crushed and burned in the field.

This was the pendant found in the river.

For this reason, they are going to request satellite images of the place, from those days, to establish if the presence of smoke is observed in some of the photos, since the burning of the remains could have lasted two or three days.

“They are going to stay in prison all their lives,” Burlando warned about the suspects.

human remains

Clarín had access to the report from the Institute of Medicine and Forensic Sciences (IMCiF) on the remains found in the Tragadero River on Tuesday the 20th.

Bone number 1, 0.7 centimeters wide by 3.5 centimeters long, would correspond to a phalanx of a hand, “with one of its ends cross-sectioned, which makes it incompletely presented,” indicates.

“At the other extreme, a trochlear articular facet can be seen like the one observed in the phalanges of the hand. Based on the chromatic characteristics, it could be assumed that they were subjected to the action of fire,” he adds.

Bone number 2, 1.3 centimeters wide by 3.5 centimeters long, “would correspond to a long bone, at one end of the articular surface where it exposes the ellipsoid articular facet and its other trochlear end, this anatomy is that observed in bones of the toes.” It would then be a phalanx of a foot.

Bone number 3, 1.3 centimeters wide by 2.5 centimeters long, “would correspond to a long bone, with one of its ends sectioned transversally, which makes it incompletely presented.”

“At the other extreme, a spherical surface that would correspond to the articulation as observed in the metatarsal bones of the foot”, completes the report and concludes that “due to the chromatic characteristics, it also suggests the action of fire”.

In addition, he points out that “it could be assumed that it is a bone with characteristics compatible with a metatarsal long bone of the foot.”

This Tuesday an examination will be carried out with the Cordoba Anthropology Team, which will arrive in Chaco. These professionals have already worked with the first bones found, which turned out to be non-human.

Last Friday, Romero recognized several objects as belonging to his daughter at the IMCiF headquarters, located at kilometer 1008 of National Route 11.

In addition, according to Télam, a bed, a mattress and some other furniture that the Sena couple donated to residents of the Emerenciano Sena neighborhood after the disappearance of the young woman will also be analyzed there, starting this Monday, in search of blood, hair or some other evidence.

The key statement

Obregón told the members of the Special Prosecutor Team (EFE), Jorge Cáceres Olivera, Jorge Gómez, Nelia Velásquez, that he and César Sena abandoned two bags in the Tragadero River, near the pig farm belonging to the Sena clan.

“We took the road that leads to the curve and, before the curve, we left the car. We parked there, we went down with the bags, each one had a bag, and we went down a road, which is like a path, which is to the left side to the Rossi field, which goes down towards the river”, he declared.

The man, charged with “aggravated homicide by the premeditated contest of two or more people as a secondary participant”, added: “We arrived at the river coast, César untied all the contents of the bag at the edge of the water. and the coast. And then with the other little bag, the same thing, he unties it and drops the contents at the edge of the water and the coast. Finally, César leaves the two little bags on the river bank, and sets fire to the two little bags , with a lighter”.

In another section of his statement, he recounted that other objects were abandoned in the Emerenciano Sena neighborhood on the night of June 6, after César Sena asked him to take him to look for something at his parents’ house, Santa María de Gold, from where it came “with a bag or suitcase” and “a backpack”.

“It was a suitcase that I think had a handle, I don’t remember the color, and I don’t know if it had wheels. We put it in the back seat of my car, both the backpack and the suitcase, we got in the car (…) We arrived in the neighborhood , and on the last paved street in the neighborhood, which is called Colo, would be San Martín, the one that follows, César tells me ‘stop here’, he got off and there on the shoulder he just put down his backpack and suitcase and there he just turned on fire with a lighter, right next to the cordon,” he explained.

In addition to these remains and objects, last Saturday pieces of a burned backpack were found in the Sena family home, which is presumed to be the primary scene of Cecilia’s crime, where cell phones and fishing knives were also kidnapped. animals.

At the place of discovery, experts from the Argentine National Gendarmerie (GNA) worked for around five hours, using a georadar in search of the victim’s remains.
