TRUMP TRIAL: FORMER PRESIDENT ‘INNOCENT’, DEFENSE SAYS AS DA CLAIMS ‘CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY’

JULIAN ESTEIN: This can be a scandalous case. It’s a shame to the authorized system that this case is being introduced. The concept, the idea that we heard from the Public Prosecution Service on Monday, that that is election interference, as a result of the Trump marketing campaign tried to suppress dangerous tales. Suppressing dangerous tales isn’t election interference. Everyone does it. Nondisclosure agreements are completely authorized. If suppressing dangerous information was election interference, what would you say concerning the 2020 Biden marketing campaign, which actively used all its assets to suppress Hunter Biden’s laptop computer bag? I imply, that had way more critical penalties by way of the election than the alleged affair with Donald Trump in 2016. You recognize, every part is falling aside, Brian. I imply, the concept that this was election interference, the conduct, the election happened in November 2016. The conduct in query, which was the document conserving, and never making it public, if there was any obligation as a marketing campaign contribution, all of it occurred in 2017.
