Exposing the Hostile Designs of India on International Day of Peace

Muhammad Qasim

The International Day of Peace is observed around the world on 21st September. United Nation General Assembly has devoted this day for strengthening the ideals of peace through observing 24 hours of non-violence and cease fire. Quaid-I-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the founder of Pakistan once said, “We are prepared to make our utmost contribution to the promotion of peace and prosperity among the nations of the world.” The efforts of Pakistan in the shape of Operation Radd-ul-fasad and Zarb-e-Azab are epitome for other countries to follow in order to establish regional and international peace. Pakistan has given its blood and sweat to maintain stability in the region.

On the other hand, India has been pursuing Kautaliyan doctrine that urges its followers to take the path of destruction. India has a major role in state sponsored terrorism in the region and used Afghanistan as a budding grounds of its proxies against Pakistan. Rather than tangible contribution for peace and political settlements, India has been trying to make Afghanistan as terrorism hub. India has extensively used their liaison with the successive Afghan governments to fuel Pashtun nationalism inside Pakistan. They have also hosted the Pakhtunistan Jirga in Delhi multiple times. However, during the Taliban government both after 1996 and recently when Taliban are in power, India has lost her passion for the Pashtun movement and started supporting the Northern Alliance and non-Pashtun coalitions to oppose Taliban regime.

India in the last few years has once again started supporting ad fueling Pashtu nationalism in Pakistan in the shape of PTM. After the announcement of Taliban of not letting any hostile elements use the Afghan soil against Pakistan, Indian propaganda machinery has stepped up its campaign denouncing the Taliban and projecting the non-Taliban factions as the only saviors of the Afghan nation. India in the pursuit of maximizing its influence on Afghanistan has always found itself supporting the amenable regimes and foreign occupation forces in the country rather than the true representatives of Afghan people.

Indian investments in Afghanistan on the puppet politicians and fueling corruption has drastically affected the national fabric of the country and inflicted massive loss to its people. All these investments were made to strengthen the terrorist networks that could work against Pakistan and resultantly carry out attacks such as the one happened in 2014 in APS School Peshawar, University of Agriculture Peshawar, PC hotel Gwadar attack, attack on the Pakistan stock exchange etc. Extensive support from the Indian intelligence helped the handlers in Afghanistan and Pakistan to establish organizations such as TTP (Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan), BLA (Baloch Liberation Army), BRA (Baloch Republican Army), BLF (Baloch Liberation Front), and BRAS (Baloch Raaji Ajoie Sangar). Such heinous acts of India have been exposed by Pakistan multiple times with complete dossiers containing solid proofs. But the international community is still silent on the issue. Strong actions mainly from the UN and FATF must be initiated against the hostile Indian designs in order to maintain regional as well as international peace and stability.
