A Florida teen is going through federal costs after investigators say he threatened a mass taking pictures in New York Metropolis on Thanksgiving. 

In line with the U.S. Lawyer’s Workplace, Robert Trout III, 19, allegedly posted a video on Instagram making threats to go to New York Metropolis and “trigger havoc on the subway” by taking pictures “anyone” that he sees on Thanksgiving.
