A former College of South Florida chemistry pupil — arrested after being caught on video trying to allegedly poison his neighbor — is being deported to China.

Xuming Li, 36, was arrested June 27 after his neighbor, Umar Abdullah, captured him on surveillance video on two separate events crouching subsequent to his entrance door and utilizing a syringe to pump a combination of lethal toxins into his house, in response to a grievance.

Li’s legal professional, Adam Bantner, confirmed to Fox Information Digital that Li had been deported, and as of now, is unlikely to face expenses within the U.S.

“He was on a pupil visa and received expelled from college, so as soon as the suitable sources have been notified of this, it canceled his visa,” Bantner stated.

Bantner added that it was a warrant standing and if Li ever returns to the U.S., then the arrest might be activated. 

Li had been within the nation pursuing his doctorate in chemistry on a pupil visa and pleaded not responsible to a number of felony expenses, together with battery and possession of a managed substance.
