“We’ve seen an inadequate radiological, environmental impact assessment that makes us very concerned that not only would Japan not be able to detect what gets into the water, sediment and organisms, but if it does, there’s no possibility to remove it.”…there’s no way to put the genie back in the bottle,” marine biologist Robert Richmond, a professor at the University of Hawaii, told the BBC’s Newsday programme.
