He is 21 years old and fell into a house under construction in San Justo. The investigation had been going on for months, after a complaint from a neighbor from Mataderos who was with her.

Fourteen cell phones, a refrigerator, a kitchen, and two 42-inch televisions. It was what a 21-year-old girl had in a house in San Justo that was under construction and had no numbering. There were also vials with Clonazepam drops used as a sleeping pill to make the victims drowsy. She knew them through social networks and seduced them. At the time of the meeting, she gave them something to drink and sedated them. She acted with a support vehicle to escape quickly with money and even appliances.

The investigation began months ago, after a complaint from a 46-year-old man, a native of Mataderos. He said that he met the now detained woman through the Badoo social network and then invited her to a date with her at her home.

The robbery occurred during the first physical encounter after dinner, where the guest added clonazepam drops to the owner of the house and put him to sleep to be able to carry out the robbery without any resistance.

Upon waking up, the man realized that he was missing cash from savings. Also appliances and other valuables.

It was thus that through the collection of images from security cameras and field tasks, it was possible to identify the accused, who acted with a support vehicle to quickly leave the place and take the stolen items.

The clues found an address in La Matanza, an unnumbered house under construction, located on Brigadier Juan Manuel de Rosas avenue (Route 3) and Lezica. In that place, City Police officers arrested the woman. They also found stolen money, refrigerators, stoves, and televisions.

Some appliances used them. Others he sold to get rid of the test and make more money. She also spent the stolen money on construction materials for the house in which she lived.

The National Criminal and Correctional Court 35, in charge of Osvaldo Daniel Rappa, secretariat 120 of Guillermo Carlos Martínez Farré, requested a warrant from the Guarantee Court 3 of La Matanza to obtain the search warrant.

Also during that search, the officers seized two bottles of Clonazepam sedative drops, with which the woman put her victims to sleep. Therefore, the magistrate ordered the arrest of the woman for robbery and unlawful deprivation of liberty.

In recent months, different cases of apartment robberies with the “black widow” modality – women who seduce a person to enter their home and then put them to sleep to plunder them – made headlines in the City of Buenos Aires.

At the end of April, three raids were carried out at homes in Villa Lugano and Constitución, in which five women (two aged 24 and the remaining 20, 23 and 31 years old) and one man (22) were arrested.

In total, officers seized US$4,157, Canadian$100, £5, 577,000 pesos, 18 cell phones, clothing, a camera, a video console, marijuana sting, two chargers, 28 phone cases , two watches, a 9mm case, a 9mm projectile, a 45mm case, a 12/70 shotgun shell, a 45mm lead, and Clonazepam tablets and other medications.

Regarding the criminal acts, the defendants implemented the same methodology: they made appointments with the victims and at one point of the meeting they put them to sleep by introducing sleeping pills into their drinks. When they fell asleep, the women stole valuables and fled.

The detainees were found to have at least four criminal acts. One was the best known, held on March 18, in Guatemala at 5800, where two women seduced an American tourist in a dance venue and then went to his home. There they put him to sleep and stole his belongings.
