For a few months I helped my best friend move. Because she doesn’t have a driver’s license, it involved a lot of traveling back and forth to different shops. Eventually I started to get annoyed that I never got any money for the fuel, despite several hints about how expensive it is these days. I wanted to help, but I felt abused.
