Republican Senators bash Biden’s $6B Iran deal in push to help Israel

Senate Republicans are turning up the warmth on the Biden administration’s $6 billion Iran deal in change for American prisoners, which they are saying could have helped fund Hamas’ shock assault on Israel that has killed not less than 700 individuals and injured 2,000 others.

Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., shot again on the group on X, saying, “Hamas exists for one purpose alone, to wipe out the Jewish state of Israel.

“So Israel has just one possibility in response to yesterday’s barbaric assault, the everlasting elimination of Hamas,” he continued. “Anybody demanding Israel not ‘escalate’ or calling for a ‘cease-fire’ is both out of contact with this unlucky actuality or sympathizes with Hamas.”

Israel formally declared battle on Hamas after the assault. Biden affirmed Israel’s proper to defend itself because the Pentagon catapulted help to Israel Protection Forces over the weekend.

Sen. Sen. Joni Ernst, R-Iowa, additionally chimed in and wrote on X: “Make no mistake: Hamas is funded and supported by Iran. America mustn’t ever appease this ruthless regime and its terror proxies who search to kill our allies and pals.”
