Rama: In this case, training young doctors to guarantee the health of all its citizens is not the same as other professions. In conditions where the former Germany and other rich countries are struggling with their demographics, with aging populations, with the need for fresh uriomas that must come from abroad, and when they have become the last stop for many professionals, for qualified people in the fields, we absolutely have to take this step, which is the most normal and easy possible, every medical student who will enter the university will be familiar with the fact that medicine studies have as much as they are and to be equipped with a diploma, it will take another 5 years in the service of this people, for those who are in the process, the years will be lower. For those who will enter the first year, they will have to accept this condition, it is the new format of the medical unit in terms of receiving the diploma. The Albanian people do not pay taxes for the doctors who are trained with symbolic fees to leave on the first day, those who are in the university are not denied the right to leave if they want to leave, but in the remaining years they will have to pay another fee.
