Shortly before the meeting of the delegations of Kosovo and Serbia in Ohrid, the head of DUI Ali Ahmeti was seen talking with the deputy prime minister of Kosovo Besnik Bislimi.
Bislimi also talked with the EU envoy, Miroslav Lajçak, before the official start of the meetings.
Today, the meeting of the delegation of Kosovo and Serbia will take place with the mediation of the European Union. Attending this meeting will be the prime minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, and the president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, with the common goal of implementing the agreement agreed in principle on the basis of the EU’s proposal for dialogue.
The mediators of the meeting are the head of foreign policy of the European Union, Josep Borrell, and the EU’s special envoy for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajçak. In the capacity of observer is the US envoy for the Western Balkans, Gabriel Escobar.
