He was attributed to having destroyed evidence of the cause of sexual abuse and other criminal investigations through a fire committed at the headquarters of the San Javier Fiscal Unit of the MPA in 2015. The criminal attribution was made before the judge of the Preparatory Criminal Investigation (IPP ), Nicolás Falkenberg, in a hearing that took place last Wednesday morning in the courts of the city of Santa Fe.

The Prosecutor’s Office reported that “some of the crimes against sexual integrity were committed before the fire and others, after.” In this sense, he stressed that “the proceedings carried out in the framework of the investigation of the most recent abuses allowed progress in the clarification of the other illegal acts.”

The MPA also stated that “from technological tools incorporated recently, relevant information was obtained to expand the imputation.”

In turn, it was added that as a result of the raids carried out, the agents managed to kidnap cell phones that had already been sent to be examined and several firearms of interest to the cause.

As the Ministry pointed out, the adolescents were abused at the time they went to secondary school, one between 2011 and 2014 and the other, between 2018 and 2020. It also stated that the police took pictures of them and filmed them in the context of the submissions.

“The defendant, whose initials are MAM, violated the sexual integrity of the victims when he lived with each of them due to the ties he had with their mothers,” the Prosecutor’s Office stated.

In this regard, it was assured that “these events were repeated for years, so they were sufficiently important to affect his physical and psychological health.”

The Prosecutor’s Office also made reference to the fact that “on a morning in 2015, the man under investigation intercepted the first victim of the abuse while she was walking alone through San Javier and violently approached her.”
