Tom Cruise, Winnie the Pooh and Nicole Scherzinger, Pussycat Dolls vocalist, will be present at the coronation concert of King Carlos III.
The show will take place on the grounds of the windsor castle the day after the ceremony, where there will also be musicians like Lionel Richie and Katy Perry.
This is the first time that the tercia is invited to a royal event.
Tom Cruise was invited to funeral of Princess Diana in 1997, pooh was invited to a children’s garden party at Buckingham Palace for the 80th birthday of Queen Elizabeth II in 2006 and Scherzinger participated in a parade in honor of the Platinum Jubilee of the Queen Isabel last year.
According to Variety, cruise and pooh will appear next to the star of “Dynasty” Joan Collinsthe singer Tom Jonesthe adventurer Bear Grylls and the dancer Oti Mabuse in a series of pre-recorded videos in which they will reveal curiosities of the King.
They will also be at the show Paloma Faith, Tiwa Savage, Steve Winwood, Olly Murs and club DJ Pete Tong, who will play his Ibiza classics. The concert will feature celebrities from all walks of life, including pianist Lang Lang, as well as recent “The Piano” winner Lucy.
Bollywood star Sonam Kapoor will also appear on stage alongside the Virtual Commonwealth Choir.
The concert on Sunday 7 May will be hosted by Hugh Bonneville, star of Downton Abbey.
