Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has accused Kosovo and the international community of allegedly wanting to “humiliate Serbia”.

He has accused Kosovo of pretending to push Serbia into conflict with NATO. He even added that the goal of the Kosovar side is to present Prime Minister Albin Kurti as Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, while himself as Vladimir Putin.

Before the journalists, the Serbian president repeated that in the next period “there will be additional pressures”.

“They want to push the Series into conflict. They want Serbia to enter into conflict with NATO. They know that there is no conflict with them. They want to push Serbia into conflict with NATO, he (Kurti) pretends to be some kind of Zelensky so that I can be some kind of Putin and so on, and this is what they are trying to do, what they have been doing for a long time all this time. Unfortunately for this, they obviously have the protection and support of a significant portion of the international community and that will not change because it is their ‘child’.

Now they had the opportunity, through the so-called liberalization of visas, to put pressure on the Albanian authorities to do what they have an obligation to do, not what someone is trying to fix, or what someone is talking about in order to fulfill their long-standing obligation, an obligation that they’ve had it for a decade, as you can see it doesn’t go through their heads, so I’ve known that from the beginning, and I’ve only spoken about it slowly knowing that it’s going in that direction and knowing that they don’t want to there is no way to fix relations and normalize things in the region because they don’t want normalization, all of them together want to humiliate Serbia”, said Vucic.
